  1. 01Case files are reports and findings, not verdicts

Fraud Reported publishes consumer complaints together with independently verifiable technical records. A case file describes what a buyer reported and what we were able to confirm from public sources. It is not a criminal charge, a court judgment, a regulatory finding, or a determination of legal liability by any authority.

  2. 02Risk levels are our opinion

Labels such as high risk and confirmed scam are our conclusions drawn from the specific evidence disclosed on the file itself. We publish that evidence precisely so readers can evaluate it independently rather than take a label on trust.

  3. 03Absence from the archive means nothing

If a domain does not appear here, it has not been cleared. The overwhelming majority of fraudulent sale websites are never reported to anyone, and many operate for only a few weeks. Always run the verification checklist regardless of what this archive says.

  4. 04Domains and businesses change hands

A domain named in a case file may later be acquired by an unrelated party, and a company name may be reused legitimately. Where we learn of a change in operator we add a dated note. If you now own a domain named here, contact us and we will make that clear on the file.

  5. 05No professional advice and no guarantee

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investigative, or tax advice, and no attorney-client or professional relationship is created by reading it or by contacting us. Information may be incomplete or out of date. Use it as one input into your own due diligence.

  6. 06We never charge and never recover funds

We are not a fund recovery service and we never ask victims for payment. If someone contacts you claiming to represent this site and asks for money to recover your loss or to remove a listing, it is fraud. Report it and tell us.

  7. 07Third-party marks

Company names, logos, and screenshots appear only to identify the subject of a case file or to evidence the reuse of a legitimate business's material. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.
